ding Posted August 8, 2012 Share Posted August 8, 2012 Hello,hope you can help! I have rebuilt my computer, new hard drive and win7 64bit operating system. I bought the beta back in the day and now have version 1.11 which I would very much like to play but cannot because I have lost my activation key. I can recall my password and user name for the forums but have no idea what I was using to access my account. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. ding. EtherealN Posted August 8, 2012 Share Posted August 8, 2012 Have you tried using the facility towards recovering username and password via e-mail adress? http://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/auth.php?forgot_password=yes There you can request a new password either through using username or e-mail adress, so knowing your actual user name is not required, just the e-mail adress. This will then cause an e-mail to be sent to that e-mail adress which contains directions towards recovering your account.
