MemphisBelle
Hello everybody, me and a few friends have a rootserver together. I´d like to run DCS World as Hostserver on that rootserver. The rootserver covers following technical details: technical details CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 965 --> 3,4 GHZ RAM: 8GB (not sure yet whether it is DDRIII or not) GFX: Radeon HD 4200 integrated GPU (latest driver installed today) everytime when I want to start DCS World it crashed right in the loading screen process (DCS is no more working). What have I done yet? DCS Wold is installed and updated Graficdrivers installed DirectX installed Communication with rootserver while running DCS World via Teamviewer (installed and configurated). No communication via Remote while start. Made sure that no other user is connected to the rootserver no other application is / was running in the background checked the logs folder, but there were no log file saved yet. I think that the process gets killed before it even can save the logfile I am actually a bit out of ideas what else to do. Is there anythings I still have forgotten? It would be nice if someone know what I else have to do Edited October 4, 2012 by MemphisBelle DCS-Tutorial-Collection BlackSharkDen - Helicopter only Specs:: ASrock Z370 extreme 4; Intel i5 8600K @3,6Ghz; 32GB DDR4 RAM; GTX 1080 @8GB; Corsair RMX Serie 750; 2x SSD 850 EVO 1x860 EVO 500GB 1x nvme M.2 970 EVO 1TB+ 3 TB HDD Hardware: Oculus Rift S; HOTAS Warthog; Saitek Rudder Pedals
Speed
There's currently a crash for server host when you load a new mission (or restart the current), if the new mission is sufficiently complex. Could this be the problem? Intelligent discourse can only begin with the honest admission of your own fallibility. sorcer3r
AFAIK his problem is solved. I guess it was a driver issue. [sIGPIC]http://i1293.photobucket.com/albums/b582/sorcerer17/sorcf16-b_zpsycmnwuay.gif[/sIGPIC]
Speed
AFAIK his problem is solved. I guess it was a driver issue. Please elaborate. I'm pursuing a bug with servers crashing on loading/reloading a mission, and I need all the info I can get. Intelligent discourse can only begin with the honest admission of your own fallibility. Bibmos
For Clarification, if others have same problems on theyr root..... The Problem was quiet simple to solve after i read some post in the ed forum. I Installed VisualStudio2008 and could start the dcsworld.exe normal via rpd. I guess Memphis can provide you with more Infos about how the Server runs now. Greetings If you see the flash its alredy to late!
