Skin request for MiG-21Bis

I have made a few Sabre and Huey skins, but I dont have a template for the 21bis. If anyone has the means and would like a neat project, here is a list of skins I would love to have for the 21bis, and it would greatly increase our list of possible scenarios...

Polish

Iraqi

North Vietnamese

Aghan

Slovenian

East German

Bulgarian

The ones I want the most have already been done but we dont have them. I pre-ordered expecting they would be included... after all, they were advertised. Anyone know why? The ones I looked forward to the most were not there, and the ones that were included, I had never seen, lol. Why did they change them up? The Beczl Skins are way better...more variety too. But that's just my opinion

The UV mapping and entire 3D model is completely new since that time. Thus, all liveries need to be completely redone.

 

We have a pack of liveries coming after the next patch. :)

Besides, knocking up a few skins is not a problem at all once the template is released, so no need to worry :)

Damn, we've come a loooong way. I remember drooling over these previews back in the day, but from today's perspective both 3D model and skins look so low-detail and outdated it's not even funny. Can't wait for the upgraded skinpack.

Yes, this is an actual bird, a Croatian Airforce MiG-21bis-UMD (the D signifies a "dorađeni", upgraded airframe). Would be an interesting skin in-game indeed, especially for airshows.

Someone already did that one. I would like to see more time put into it though. I built the Eduard 1:48 scale Bunny Fighter about a year ago. It's a nice model kit.

Definitely, and when posting the ones I did earlier it was intended to give an idea to any skin makers, I don't expect LN to produce all the different liveries we keep asking them to.

 

I'm hoping someone does make that Egyptian "Crocodile face" skin from the Bezcl pack, whether player-made or LN made, as I'm looking forward to some middle east scenarios when ED releases their map.
