stswrebel Posted October 22, 2012 Share Posted October 22, 2012 Ticket ID: 16417 I tried to purchase Combined Arms this time last month and due to some error between Paypal and Eagle Dynamics, I did not receive my product. The money was taken from my account, but apparently never sent to Eagle Dynamics or something. On October 8 2012 I received an update to the ticket saying that a refund was issued. I still have not received this refund. I have updated my ticket twice since the 8th asking about the refund. I know the support group is busy, but taking a month to resolve a payment issue seems a little much. Do I need to submit a dispute with Paypal or is this something that can be handled through ED?
