Osa SA-8 and F10 Zoom

I have a mission that ran good befor the 1.2.1, It is for playing CA only (No Flights!). Now the point is; Now in 1.2.1 if you goto the F10 map I can no longer scroll in or out. If I go back into mission editor and change the OSA SA-8 to say a SA-13 the mission and the zoom in the F10 are just fine. I thought I would try and bring this to the forum.
