leobasil
Hi! I was wondering if the slew 'stick' on the warthog hotas is modeled after the original. I find it hard to believe that such a tiny little knob would be used in a real aircraft especially if pilots were wearing gloves. Could it be, that on a real live throttle the entire part that holds that stick is the actual slew controller? Does anyone know anything about that? ...and if my assumptions are correct, has anyone ever thought about a mod to make if behave more like the real one? agrasyuk
I have a pair of nomex gloves i kept as souvenir from my service. i'm wearing them sometimes flying the sim and could operate the slew stick ok. no idea on the real one however Anton. SmokeyTheLung
The slew control on the real deal is a full sized hat. I can't stand the micro stick on the TM warthog myself. It's got to be my least favorite feature of the stick System specifications: Computer, joystick, DCS world, Beer
