Hey guys, I've been making these guides for myself for a while and thought they might be of some use to new players (like me), or players that have been away from the game for a while and don't want to go back through the game's (helpful, but time-consuming) tutorials.

They're still works in progress, so please let me know if you see any typos, if things don't make sense, or if I'm just completely wrong about something.

Current features:

  • Instrument diagram
  • Startup procedure (in verbose and quick versions)
  • Overview of navigation systems and how to use them

Planned additions:

  • How to use weapons
  • A blurb about SOI
  • MFCD diagram detailing OSBs
  • Keyboard commands for HOTAS functions

Thanks for sharing you version of this, its amazing how one forgets so easily after a while things that you didnt think about. Nice to have a quick or more detailed startup procedure.

Yup, just what the doctor ordered. I was about to make something like this up for myself... so thanks for sharing. You saved me a job, I can spend the time in cockpit now :)

I look forward to any others that you may have in the pipeline.

Thanks Funkify! One thing you can do is move the CDU and EGI start to right before you start the Left Engine. This way you can align much quicker.
