funkify Posted January 19, 2013 Posted January 19, 2013 Hey guys, I've been making these guides for myself for a while and thought they might be of some use to new players (like me), or players that have been away from the game for a while and don't want to go back through the game's (helpful, but time-consuming) tutorials. They're still works in progress, so please let me know if you see any typos, if things don't make sense, or if I'm just completely wrong about something. Current features: Instrument diagram Startup procedure (in verbose and quick versions) Overview of navigation systems and how to use them Planned additions: How to use weapons A blurb about SOI MFCD diagram detailing OSBs Keyboard commands for HOTAS functions DCS_A-10_Cheat_Sheet_20130119.pdf 6

Zeke Posted January 23, 2013 Posted January 23, 2013 Thanks Funkify! One thing you can do is move the CDU and EGI start to right before you start the Left Engine. This way you can align much quicker.
neoshi Posted January 24, 2013 Posted January 24, 2013 Nice. I can finally get off the ground now LOL  Would really love to see more guides like this!!
