Skin problems

I hope this is in the right place.

 

I'm reporting 2 bugs that we found while making few missions and using skins -

 

- If i join a server and someone is already in the server and in a plane with a skin, I will see him with the generic skin untill he respawns.

 

- No Generic russian skin, If someone does not have the skins, he will always be on the generic US skin altough he is in the russian coalition.
