3D Vision plus 2D surround!

Hi All,

 

I'm new here, I just picked up BS on sale from Steam over the holidays. I haven't been seriously into sims since Falcon 3.0, but I'm very excited about BS and A-10 now that I know about them.

 

I have a Asus 27" 3D monitor that I finally got BS working with. That plus freetrack is awesome!

 

Almost accidentally, while fiddling with setting up iPadPit I found that I could have 3D Vision working on my main monitor still have a working 2D side view. I only have one other monitor right now, but I was able to hack together a monitor.lau that gave me center 3D + right in 2D. Awesome. Not 4 projector cube awesome, but pretty awesome.

 

Now I need a second 550ti so I can triple head and a third monitor. Oh, and a 4th screen for Helios, which I'm hoping will work well with the LEAP motion controller I per-ordered. All, preferably without ending up single. (Any tips on that last part greatly appreciated.)

 

Now, to learn to fly...

Yeah, 3D is cool!

 

But it really throws my depth perception and I find it hard to aim accurately.
