Unlike in FC2 the new flight model for the Su25T seems to involve a great deal of shuddering, as if at the limits of the flight envelope. It shakes at 500kph, it shakes at 300 kph. Is this normal, or am I not flying it correctly? If it is normal it has a very limited range of speeds to operate at.

Mine doesnt shake at 300..

Have you got a track??

The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance.

At 300 shuddering means usually you forgot something out... gear, airbrakes or you are pulling hard turns (watch AoA indicator to the left) or some parts of the plane are missing.

I noticed that too. Happens usually at speeds around 600mph, but without a definite threshold. Also doesn't seem to be connected to acceleration.

Happens also when autopilot on & level flight, flaps, gear and airbreak retracted. Notice it nearly every time when flying into the operation area during a campaign mission.

Be careful... is Km/h. If you put SU-25T at that extreme speed such is 600Mph (IAS) it will break appart. I know you read it from onboard gauges and it will not matter if you think its Km/h or Mph... but if your F2 camera reports your speed in Mph you could put the plane in danger by diving it from external view and expect it to be safe at over 400Mph. :D Also External camera reports ground speed which is at altitude way bigger than IAS wich is the real speed you need to know for flight envelope. 600Km/h IAS at 7000m is not very much over minimum speed if you are overloaded an maneuvering.
