Enjoy!

Q: Where can I find the CVN-77 Carrier as seen in the movie?

A: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=82737&highlight=tomcatz&page=14

Q: Where can I find the extra flyable mod?

A: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=97556

Q: Where can I find the Black Hawk Medevac skins and the infantry skins?

A: I made them myself, expect a download link here soon.

Q: What is the speech at the end of the movie?

A: Speech by President Reagan: Remarks Honoring the Vietnam War's Unknown Soldier, May 28, 1984.

Q: Where did you find all the communications?

A: From YouTube clips, other games, films. For example Black Hawk Down.

Q: How long did it take to make the movie?

A: Around 250 hours. Including making missions, editing, doing some research to find decent real life sounds and communications and of course watching Black Hawk Down with a pencil and paper to write down at what time what's said.

Q: Did you notice the Su-30 skin bug at 10:40?

A: No not at all. Probably a result of my lack of knowledge of the Russian Air Force or maybe because I just didn't use some good old common sense at that time.

Q: I can't watch it because it is blocked in my country, can you upload it to another site?

A:

Q: Can you provide a download link of the videofile?

A: I will after a certain amount of YouTube views.

Now I also have a question. Could someone tell me what exactly is said between 5:35-5:40? I came across this while looking to some Russian Airforce video. I decided to use the ''Russian sounding talking'', because I felt that it added more immersion to the video for non Russian speaking people. But I also realize that what is actually said, could be anything but flying related lol. Free rep from me for the person who can answer the question.

Little details...

I see a new carrier model, human controlled F-18C's (moves that AI do not do), working deck elevators. What have you been hiding from us? :music_whistling:

Ok, finished the video; the carrier model is a mod but I didn't know it had moving elevators?!?!?

Love your shot selection as always, Slamraam. Might have been a little heavy on the effects for me, but great video! GREAT video.

Awesome! I like how you used real communications. And by the way - have you ever considered making DCS/ArmA kinda "hybrid" video? Came to my mind when I saw those shots from soldiers perspective and I saw pretty cool videos like that. ArmA is for sure better for shots like that. And with your video editing skills I'm sure you could make that look like it's from one simulator.

You can make some AI aircraft flyable. It's really basic, but for movie/screenshot stuff it's better than "AI actors" ;) But maybe he's really hiding something :D

Atop the midnight tarmac,

a metal beast awaits.

To be flown below the radar,

to bring the enemy his fate.
