Operation Spinnaker has been released and is in the A10 Sticky Mission folder.

The current release versions are Single player A10 with 3 AI A10 in support and the MP version is 4 A10 aircraft

I will release two more versions later. One with 2 KA50 and 4 A10 that will support each other and the second version will be 2 KA50 only with A10 AI. With the 4 versions it will allow all to fly what they prefer.

I have had issues with sound files so if something seems broken let me know so it can be fixed for other to fully enjoy.

IADC. I gave it a go, was fun. Was fun to orbit and wait for AI to complete their tasks, then do mine, then wait, etc. I played the single player version.

I noticed a fewthings:

1. Labels were forced on. Not sure if this was intended or not

2. I wasn't quite sure what my task was after killing the SA-11 so let the AI kill all other units until I got the go ahead from JTAC to kill the tank convoys. The problem was the AI ended up killing an enemy plane on the run way, at the very end of it as it just came out of taxi...so I think this prevented Chevy from landing and completing the mission.

3. My A-10C had GBU-38s instead of GBU-12s for moving convoys, I was out of mavs and JTAC requested GBU-38s, didn't bother, just used guns, since it the -38 wouldn't track the moving tanks. GBU-12s would be great instead.

4. Waypoints were all the same altitude requirements, but since briefing depicted AA threats I ignore the low altitude waypoints near the airfield for fear or being shot down.

5. If at all possible, could you include Anapa's radio info in briefing, I always like it when the airfields that are of relevance to you are in briefing so you don't have to look up the info on your divert page in cdu or manual/papers. Like tower , ils, etc.

The comm/voice were great. Felt immersive. Was fun, will probably give it another go sometime and try and kill the planes before they reach runway to make sure chevy lands.

3 of just got done playing the Multilayer quickly tonight

we all had to thing at the start what the label's key was, as like quirk said they where forced on at the start

love the voice overs made us feel part of a mission grate work.

we noticed we could not rearm at the base we used up our mavs etc dealing with air to ground threats , 38s made short work of the static ground targets convoys made things more interesting coming at the base

maybe nice to have a mixed payload at the start so flight lead can task flight members more. or a limited rearm at the base?

found no bugs tho only that AI seemed to kill a mig on the taxis on rolling out to take off.. one got in the air and F18s quickly killed that.. maybe more a DCS bug F18s killed them as they appear on radar when on the ground...?

Thanks guys i will get cracking to sort those issues out. Not sure whats happening with labels although i do use them in testing. IADC slaps his head, the payload was meant to be changed, i forgot. Yes those F18"s are pesky what i might do is have the fast movers all spawn at the same time so the MIGS have a chance to get up instead of the 18's being on cap like a pack of rabid dogs. In the multi role version with Ka50's in its their job to knock em out at the hanger area, one of FORDS tasks but Ka 50 AI are a bit goofy.

Anyway some tweaking will fix these issues and ill get another release out later today.

Great to see another more complex mission playable in SP. i love the immersion afforded by missions that include other coordinated friendly assets, and the mix of time critical and orbit / wait tasks seems both realistic and fun to me. Bahger's "Midnight Run" comes to mind - great fun, that one.

Won't have time to try this one until the weekend, but really looking forward to it. Thanks for all the hard work, IADC, much appreciated!
