I thought i would start a new thread on this as the mission is now live and feed back for changes is coming in. I have updated both missions to include the following changes

 

Unforced labels (This was on for testing purposes)

Changed Payload to suit mission

Slowed down the F18's to stop them acting like a pack of wild dogs.

Added frequency information to bottom of brief.

Speeded up the delivery of hardware to Norovosk by Chevy

 

PLEASE REMEMBER DONT BLOW HOLES IN THE RUNWAY @ NORVORSK OR CHEVY WILL NOT LAND TO END MISSION

 

So not to waste time please let me know if there are users who would like to see a KA50 version only and then a joint KA50/A10 version. All this takes time to modify and I don't want to waste my time if there is no requirement.

A 3rd version is now available with both A10 and KA50's. Will not work with just one or the other, Human pilots must fly both types of aircraft.

 

Ensure the KA 50 team stick to COLT 6, he will land at a staging point and you should do the same and await orders to move into the airfield.

 

Also remember COLT flights will not proceed until you knock out the Sam system NE of the KA flights STP2

Just flew the SP version, and I gotta say, it was well done, really was getting

immersive until the C-17 came in.

 

Was very careful not to hole the runway, dropped the SA-11's, hammered the

inbound armor, was doing very well and was keeping an eye on the lifter.

 

I may try again and see if I can tweak that Chinook to clear the active...

I pathed the Chinook back to the FARP from whence he came, re-flew, and then for some odd reason, the C-17 diverted to Anapa!

This is why using the mission editor is so frustrating. I imagine you did a lot of this creating this mission. You did very well, it is just

that the game is wonky.

 

I went back and checked the path for the C-17, normally hidden, and it was to land at Novo. Why it diverted is anyone's guess.

 

There was a small crater at the very east end from a `hawg popping a single AKM dude with a GBU-12. Maybe that is why?

Spectra yes that C17 drove me mad but there was nothing I could do to change it. It must be something to do with any slight damage to the runway or debris I dont know. Some days it works fine others it goes goofy. Maybe I should remove the SU27's from the mission and keep all other targets away from the runway. Something I might come back too at a later date.

 

Another mission on the build now so I am busy with that.

I would like to see a KA50 only version.
