External Tank Pumps now require power to the Weapons Control System in order to operate. The Weapons Control System requires AC power (not from the inverter, but from the generators with the throttles in AUTO). Once the aircraft has AC power applied (either from the AC generators or from AC external power) and the Weapons Control System is turned on (the switch just to the right of the three ejection system switches on the right wall panel) then the external tank pumps will operate and the lights will function normally.

I do not know if this is correct or not, it's just the way it is right now. I have submitted a bug report to verify if the current operation is correct.
