Hello there.

 

75 days ago I've submitted my 1st support ticket to ED via official web site. Still no reply from ED.

 

I've also created 2 other tickets regarding different issues 69 days ago and 35 days go. ED still doesn’t give a ****.

Dear ED, you know, in most of the courtiers the law obligates you to support your commercial products. And you do nothing for 75 days regarding my ticket. That may result in very negative consequences for you.

Hello Sergeal.

I thought that being ignored on my ticket for 31 days was bad. Now going by your experience I can see I have only begun to be ignored. I think that now they have our money they no longer want to know anything about our troubles.

Ticket 18639: No, this is not possible.

Ticket 18649: There is no difference between the serial numbers for version 1.1.1.1 and DCS World modules. Your serial number is for DCS BlackShark 2. The serial number works for both old standalone and new module. Just download the one you want. Download does not require login.

There is no russian version of DCS BlackShark 2 that may be instaleld as a part of DCS World as far as I understand. I tried to use English version of the DCS BlackShark 2, but the serial nubmber is not accepted by the activator.

However, now I have another problem.

 

I have English DCS World installed, including several modules: FC3 (English beta), P51 (English) and now I also have Ka50 (Russian).

 

For some reason I can only play three English modules but not a Russian module of Ka50 - here is a screenshot: https://dl.dropbox.com/u/24625844/Scrn2.jpg

 

Any solution?

Mine has been waiting now for 2 weeks. But it was with trouble getting the $10 BS2 and now that the sale is over is bloody moot.

Don't expect any response, except from EtherealN who seems to be the only one who actually gives a shit and is willing to look into support tickets. How it is possible this business practice continues is beyond all comprehension. I'm waiting for 10 weeks as well, so I'm at 70 days.... Vote with your wallet I guess. Eagle Dynamics won't see any more pennies from me in the future, unless they seriously fix their support issues.
