Thank whichever god you pray too this happened so early in the morning. I can't imagine what this would've been like in the rush hour or similar. I heard the explosion from over 40 miles away.

dude that explosion was heard in the netherlands, hundreds of miles away from where it happened.

26 - 3 million gallon each, fuel tanks exploded and caught fire, so thats a total of 78 million gallons + of fireball :D

you should see the sat images and also the smoke images on our news, it looked like a river of black flowing from the sky to the fire, it was weird...

I got family living in Hemel Hemstead..real close to where it happened..

luckly none of my mob were hurt and no damage to properties..I feel for those that have been affected.

we had the black cloud over where I live and that is over 25 miles away!!

p.s respect to our firefighter's ;)

I live about 15 miles away from where it happend (In Luton), was woken up at 6 with the whole house shaking...the first thing I thought was that a plane had gone down at the airport...

I could see the smoke column when I walked up the hill from college the other day, pretty apocolyptic looking!
