Guest ThomasDWeiss
I re-installed it and ... sort of. I have the web version :D No problem - I'll install my backup clean install ... Not possible a dll file is missing now, can't load. maybe my lockon_sf_keys_12_18_2005 savekeys will do the job ... Nooooo. Starforce really works - not the way it is intended, but it works. (I have a full backup copy of my WinXP partition - so I just went back to it)
504 Wolverine
Looks like you installed the patch for the CD version, thats why it is asking for a CD. [/url]
Guest ThomasDWeiss
Could be - I have a backup Lock On 1.1.1 folder too, can't rename it and have it run. No problem - neither the backup works if I rename it as Lock On, nor a new install works, and the savekeys don't work. Maybe if I install 1.1 and try to use the savekey and then patch it. You need to be a forensic IT expert to figure it out ;) I believe it may be an incompatibility between Windowsblinds 5 and LO, all these problems started a few days ago. But I may be wrong, by tomorrow I'll know.
Alfa
Yes it looks like you picked the wrong patch version. Could be - I have a backup Lock On 1.1.1 folder too, can't rename it and have it run. You dont need to rename your back-up folder - just run it once via the "lockon.bat" file located in its root folder :) Cheers, - JJ. JJ
Guest ThomasDWeiss
I will see if without the patch it works.
