"there is a problem with launcher.exe" can't install

I've tried twice from dnloading the basic DCS world, unistalling, dnloading again, and it won't install for some reason. I've installed the DX stuff that came with it. In the elaboration of what the error consisted of, there was a great deal code that made no sense, and of course there's no way to copy it, but this is part of what was stated:

 

Under "tech info":,"app name-launcher.exe app ver 1.24.18858 (i think) modnam:dxgui-edge-render.dll."

 

I've been told by an online comrade that My computer is more than capable of operating DCS, Ihave two AMD processors and an advanced (for 3 yrs ago) graphics card. I can run IL-2 1946 at high levels of graphics and activity with no problem.

 

I would love to fly with these guys, but nobody has seen this problem before, and just wondering if anyone has any suggestions.

 

This is part of the print out i got under "speccy", which shows what the condition of my computer is. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
