Fox 1 Posted May 18, 2013 Posted May 18, 2013 Its been 2 weeks+ until i'v heard back from support or my PM's to them which is understandable for how busy they are so I just wanted to expand my chances of having my issue being resolved by posting to the general public. For the Support Staff: Ticket# 21229 For the rest who maybe to help: My main issue is when i bought A-10 standalone, I tried out multyplayer and used a different username than i currently use now. Unfortunetly its been so long that i have forgotten what i used as a username and password :doh: DCS and all modules have been bought with one account only. I have tried unbinding everything but A-10( does not show up in Unbind list) and logging in MP and that failed. I have also deactivated A-10 and reactivated, while deleting network.vault in config file...still failed Is there is a way to unbind my standalone A-10 serial? I think that would work if its possible I'm open for suggestions Thanks, T
PeterP Posted May 18, 2013 Posted May 18, 2013 Use the serial numbers manager to assign all MP-serials to one account - well, you still have to know your login... >>> http://en.wiki.eagle.ru/wiki/All_about_your_account Serial numbers manager There is a utility page that lets you transfer serial numbers between digitalcombatsimulator.com accounts, so if you have a module you don't fly, you could use that for your server (more details in this thread) or if you are selling it, so you can unbound it from your account and bount it to another. more to come...
Fox 1 Posted May 18, 2013 Author Posted May 18, 2013 Thank you PeterP I have finally resolved the issue I have been sitting here digging in my head for the account username i used for the very first time and it finally clicked!! found where that A-10 serial was hiding and unbound it Then unbound everything else and logged into MP and Bingo! Probably should have messed around with things before posting a new thread but thanks for the help anyway! 1
PeterP Posted May 18, 2013 Posted May 18, 2013 Good! Now maybe update your support ticket and tell that the initial issue is solved and ask to put all your bought DCS products into one account (and deleting the old) by adding all possible legit information that both accounts are yours.
