Will we have tha capability to fly into a track with next updates?

Good question. I guess all virtual aerobatic teams would love a feature like that :)

 

And I cannot imagine what level of perfection and quality the wingmen could reach (in this case they could fly anytime, even offline, provided they got a track from the lead).

I could publish my track and take some vacation too... eheh

Yeah, a good lead's job is not easier compared to the wings, to say the least. For instance, our lead (Dmitry) will not be able to fly for a month or two. It means we will have to begin almost from scratch when he returns, as even a few days without practice is unacceptable for (tight) formation flying (muscle memory, visual cues, and a lot of other stuff that's hard to explain :)).
