How come A-10A has damage VMU and not A-10C???

Anyone noticed this? When you get for instance a right engine fire, VMU does not alert you on A-10C, it only has ceiling, obstacle, speed brake... Was it not a feature of the real Hog-C? I'd love to know if I could...

AWAITING ED NEW DAMAGE MODEL IMPLEMENTATION FOR WW2 BIRDS

Fat T is above, thin T is below. Long T is faster, Short T is slower. Open triangle is AWACS, closed triangle is your own sensors. Double dash is friendly, Single dash is enemy. Circle is friendly. Strobe is jammer. Strobe to dash is under 35 km. HDD is 7 times range key. Radar to 160 km, IRST to 10 km. Stay low, but never slow.

If you go into the Pre-flight bit, you see test VMU, it has all the warnings as the A-10A, you just have to push the C harder I guess.:smilewink:

FC3 "game" avionics vs real avionics. The real A-10A didn't have those warning either, nor do any of the other aircraft featured in FC3.
