customize commands and home cockpit

Hi all,

 

I want to know if it is possible to add new commands for some switchs , in order to distinguish diffrent positions of a switch.

for example I want to chage the command of TGP power to two commands which may be called iCommandTGPOn and another is called iCommandTGPOff,so when I put the siwtch in the home cockpit to on postion,the TGP power will be set to ON if it is at OFF position, ortherwise it will stays at ON position if it has been turned on already.
