JaNk0 Posted August 30, 2013 Posted August 30, 2013 Hi Everyone! Wanted to re-do the fuselage for the my C-47 project. I thought I would start with different blueprint-line-up approach. Well stumbled into my first problem. I can not manage to see my blueprints in the viewport, however I can see that they are well applied in Material editor and it renders the blueprint when I render. Any suggestions how to fix this? :helpsmilie: [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
-Rudel- Posted August 30, 2013 Posted August 30, 2013 Is it frozen? If so, go into object properties and uncheck "Show Frozen in Grey" https://magnitude-3.com/ https://www.facebook.com/magnitude3llc https://www.youtube.com/@magnitude_3 i9 13900K, 128GB RAM, RTX 4090, Win10Pro, 2 x 2TB SSD, 1 x 15TB SSD U.2 i9 10980XE, 128GB RAM, RTX 3090Ti, Win10 Pro, 2 x 256GB SSD, 4 x 512GB SSD RAID 0, 6 x 4TB HDD RAID 6, 9361-8i RAID Controller i7 4960X, 64GB RAM, GTX Titan X Black, Win10 Pro, 512GB PCIe SSD, 2 x 256GB SSD
JaNk0 Posted August 30, 2013 Author Posted August 30, 2013 Hi Rudel The object is not frozen. The steps I take are the following: - Create a plane, Length segs: 1, Width segs: 1. - Material, choose -> standard -> increase Self-Illumination 100 -> add bitmap by pressing by the Diffuse button. - Apply to the object. The steps are from youtube tutorial I was watching. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
-Rudel- Posted August 30, 2013 Posted August 30, 2013 You shouldn't have to increase self illumination, try decreasing it back to default. https://magnitude-3.com/ https://www.facebook.com/magnitude3llc https://www.youtube.com/@magnitude_3 i9 13900K, 128GB RAM, RTX 4090, Win10Pro, 2 x 2TB SSD, 1 x 15TB SSD U.2 i9 10980XE, 128GB RAM, RTX 3090Ti, Win10 Pro, 2 x 256GB SSD, 4 x 512GB SSD RAID 0, 6 x 4TB HDD RAID 6, 9361-8i RAID Controller i7 4960X, 64GB RAM, GTX Titan X Black, Win10 Pro, 512GB PCIe SSD, 2 x 256GB SSD
ED Team NineLine Posted August 30, 2013 ED Team Posted August 30, 2013 I get this occasionally when Max seems to run out of memory (or something), Usually closing Max down and reopening fixes it, perhaps your drawings resolution is too large?
