Buznee Posted September 22, 2013 Share Posted September 22, 2013 Hey guys, finally finished the mission Aurora in the campaign. Definitely issues with taking out the 2 RPG guys up on the rooftop. Seems that shooting them does not kill them. I tried my side gunners and the mini guns with no luck. I finally was able to continue by landing on them with my helicopter. Yes that's right, the only way to kill these guys was to physically crush them with my helicopter. I have a saved track I can provide if email is provided to send it to. hitman Posted March 4, 2014 Share Posted March 4, 2014 Enemy soldiers placed on buildings are practically indestructible regardless of mission. Its a DCS issue; about the only way you can kill the units is to destroy the building or with direct rocket fire. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Reksi-Erkki Posted March 5, 2014 Share Posted March 5, 2014 I tried and retried this mission quite a few times, but finally managed to drop the bastards using a pair of well-aimed rockets. That's what I call a lucky shot, as my aim usually sucks pretty bad. That's what the miniguns are for. I believe I rearmed and added the rockets before taking off, as they're not included in the original loadout. But I'm not absolutely sure about this. Dear Shilka. I hate you so very very much. TalosX Posted May 28, 2014 Share Posted May 28, 2014 Jey it's a really bad issue, but somehow i can shoot them down. Now there i a new. I couldn't pick up the team Walker from the roof. So later they are near the bridge and want me to pick them up, but this is not possible. I can do what i want, the don't get in. They're staying around and do nothing.
