Cant fly with Mi-8MT but get rutter power

Hi all need some help can fly up with Mi-8mt but get collector when try mission in air chopper just fell down what can I do?

 

I have UH-1H and work fin with that ?

 

When look at virtuel joustick i chopper it move and collector also move when get power but not get up?

You probably have Game Flight Mode turned on. Apparently it is not working yet. Uncheck that box, so that you are in Sim mode, and all will be working.
