Will there be any upgrades for the Mi-8?

I know that the Soviets made a Mi-8 anti sub version. It can land on water with a powerful engine and a starter/generator near the rotor system to reduce weight. Does the Mi-8 have IR reduction suppressing for hiding engine heat and IR jammers. I would love to see these upgrades.

The anti-sub version of the Mi-8 is not an Mi-8, it's an Mi-14. The upgrades to the Mi-14 that you mentioned (TV3-117 engines and APU with starter/generator) are already incorporated into the Mi-8MTV-2. They also already have the exhaust suppressors. The only thing you mention that isn't already there is the IR jammer, and I'm not sure they're going to be modelling that.
