JG-1_Vogel
Hey guys, just managed to get DCSW installed with the A-10 module. Haven't flown the A-10 since before DCSW came out and haven't got any profiles for my HOTAS. Was wondering if anyone had some suggestions for profiles which mimic the real functions somewhat (mainly on the stick since the throttle isn't the same). Thanks in advance :). Zeke
Check out Viper's files, they are the best I've seen. I don't have a link, do a search, should be easy to find.
Evil.Bonsai
I too use Vipers Cougar profile, with just a small amount of editing for my specific use. Otherwise, very good setup. I use the RANGE knob for in-cockpit zoom (can be setup in the sim once you load the profile using foxy) http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=61236
JG-1_Vogel
Thanks guys, using Vipers profile and it works a treat. A question about axis curves for the Hog, I remember some time back for the Su-25T they recommended that you leave the axis for pitch etc in a straight diagonal line so you don't mess up the AFM. Is this the case? Is there a generally favoured curve for the Hog? Just feels a little too twitchy with my Cougar atm.
Zeke
Hi, yes it is a bit twitchy for me also. I have a evenstrain mod so it even more so. I use a 30 curve for the Hog for both pitch and bank. Without doing that I couldn't handle it too well. Start with something and experiment what works best.
