AtaliaA1
Are the in-game training missions available in video format? It would be great to be able to watch them even away from the gaming PC. That wouldn't work as you are instructed to activate items as the tutorial goes along. What you may want to do is watch the user created tutorials on Youtube. ExessiveHeadSpace has some great videos along with Gary Abbott. This was a Boutique Builder iBuypower rig. Metal Hawk
From my point of view there are advantages and disadvantages in both. In-game training surely puts you hands-on the actual actions you have to take. But if you miss a step or if you did not understand something then you can't continue the training. On the video you can go back and forward as you please in order to understand what is going on. Plus for the in-game training you have to be on your gaming PC along with all your hardware. Videos you can take along with you and watch them almost everywhere. Youtube videos are good but it would be nice to have the official trainings in video format also. guitarxe
I don't know if anyone's recorded themselves going through the in-game training missions and put it up, but there are many other tutorial videos available that you can go through. Check out the sticky in this forum for tutorials, and also search youtube for DCS A-10C Tutorial. There's lots.
Tumbleweed
Plenty of training scenarios recorded and uploaded to youtube. I tend to be more of a video watcher than manual reader. I'm a typical "if all else fails, read the manual" type person :) My Hangar: P-51D Mustang - KA-50 Blackshark - A-10C Warthog - F-86F Sabre - FC3 - Combined Arms - UH-1H My Flying Adventures: www.dcs-pilot.com :pilotfly:

Metal Hawk
Thanks guys for your replies, but... My question was about the official trainings. I would like to have both (video format and mission track). First you can learn by watching the video without being anxious if you do something wrong or getting shot at and then you can train on the same mission track you have been watching. On youtube there are many tutorials but you don't have (in most cases) the exact same mission track to practice. So I guess the answer to my question is no. P.S. Gerry Abbott's tutorials are simply amazing.
