Hello,I buy a plane from the module manager then download it, I then get the key enter it into the activate product box when prompted, ! it then fails to activate, I have gone into the registry to remove it then try again with the same result time and time again .. this has happened with all the 5 products I've purchased at different times, I sent failed activation reports to support where they fixed two of the first planes purchased over a month ago without saying what was done i just started the game and they worked, can someone help me with this ongoing problem I'm having.. thank you

Have you obtained more than one product at the same time?

Note that activation screens are shown for all products that are installed; not just the one whose aircaft you started a mission for. You can verify identity of the product being activated in the top left of the activation window.

Thank you for your reply this ticket covers the A-10 and blackshark "27548" , I also sent an email to product support via the address in the activation process, that email contains the reports that were generated from all three failed attempts, A-10,SU-25 AND BLACKSHARK ,If you like i can forward those reports to you if your able to supply me with a means as your PM wont support such a file and when i tried to send generated reports from the activation it reports that file is to large. thankyou for your time )

I'll PM you my e-mail adress, you can save the report to a zip archive and send it through that.

Your serial numbers checks out as correct. My spontaneous guess would be a mistake of either of two types:

1) Regarding Black Shark, the mistake of installing the wrong version. Your key will not work on the module named "Update". See this picture:

attachment.php?attachmentid=88624&d=1380352969

If it says "Upgrade" in the highlighted field, you have accidently installed the wrong version installed.

2) Mistakes in entering product serial number belonging to for example A-10C while the activation is actually requested for Black Shark 2. (Visible same place.)

If neither of these are what is happening, it definitely merits a closer look. In that case, please inform me via the e-mail the exact text of the error message you get on activation.
