Heatblur confirms A-6E will be coming as a full-fidelity module, after the release of the AI A-6E and KA-6D, still not sure whether or not it'll be pre or post SWIP (early 90s upgrade adding more weapons compatibility).

Leatherneck F4U-1 Corsai develop update

Is 2000 lbs of bombs not enough to blast bridges? Here's an option to help deliver an extra 1000 lbs!
Designed by the British aerospace company, Brewster, the design was licensed to several companies in the U.S. and New Zealand during the F4U-1A's reign. We have decided to include the center pylon for use with the F4U-1D as well. Mounted between the sway bars is the Mk.51 Mod 7 bomb rack capable of withholding 1600 lbs.
The other pylon pictured is what the actual assembly looks like inside the fairings and caps. There are two, where one is mounted under each inner wing behind the oil cooler flap. Included in the assembly are two AN-2 arming solenoids, and the AN-B-10 shackle capable of caring 1600 lbs. Try not to get your fairings shot off!

2021 PLANS

Dear all, Thank you for all your support in 2020. I spent most of the year in lockdown with plenty of time for DCS, so 2021 will see many of these projects come to fruition.
2021 started on a high note with the release of the ‘Zone 5’ F-14A campaign. It will be followed soon by ‘Wolfpack’, a P-47 campaign based on real-life combat reports of the 56th fighter group, which has already been submitted to ED.

Another F-14A project is nearing completion after over a year’s work: ‘Fear the Bones!’ will be a much lighter, more story driven and fun campaign than my first one. If you think of 'Zone 5' as an awesome documentary, think of 'Fear the Bones!' as a corny 1980s action movie - the kind we all secretly love

Going forward, I’m eagerly awaiting the release of the Mosquito and the F4U Corsair. I’ve already conducted some extensive research, and I can’t wait to start working on those campaigns. You can also see my work once the Corsair is released, as I’m the one making the official quick start, single and training missions for the module.

Apart from all these I may have a few more irons in the fire, but more news about those later. And of course, I'll keep updating my older campaigns to make sure they're up to the latest standards of DCS.

Stay tuned!

  • Addition of IAM weapons that include JDAM, JSOW, and WCMD.
  • Pre-Briefed (PB) mode for the AGM-88C HARM.
  • Air-to-Air radar improvements.

After which, important development items will include:

  • Air-to-Ground radar
  • CRUS page
  • JHMCS Air-to-Ground mode
  • HARM Targeting System (HTS)
  • Electronic Countermeasures
  • And more.

Here is a (much requested) quick update on the DCS MB-339: after achieving full damage, hydraulic and electrical simulation, our coding team is working hard to complete the rest of the package - since pretty much needs to be written from scratch in DCS, it is not an easy task... and we'll show you the new functionalities once they are ready.
In the meantime, our art team has improved a number of small details while the external model textures have been remastered for better detail and visual fidelity.
