-Region and Language: Open globally, primarily operating in English, with opportunities for Spanish.

-Phase 1 (Optional): Air Basic Academy (ABA) using the C-101EB, for beginners wishing to learn in a designated trainer, or seasoned aviators wishing to practice the basics. Designed for completion within the ED 2-week trial.
-Phase 2: Modeled after ENJJPT (input from a program graduate), train in your desired aircraft or optionally train in the T-38 upon free module release.
-Phase 3: Advanced aircraft including Mirage F1, F-4E, and the C-101CC in a specialized role, expanding progressively as we grow.
What You Won't Find Here
-Airframe Limitations: Fly as many aircraft as you can competently handle, maintaining a standard of proficiency and monthly currency (2 flight hours per airframe).
-Rigid Attendance Rules: Life comes first. Participation is expected, but flexibility and common sense prevail.
-Excessive Documentation: Training materials emphasize essential, concise information without overwhelming paperwork.
-Rigid Hierarchy: All voices matter; good ideas take precedence, and roles are open to everyone willing to contribute.
