Here at Task Force Perpetual Motion we have a mission structure that is both simplistic by design and can fit most mil-sim-styled events to help allow all levels of experience to participate.

Aviator

The @Aviator is our most basic role within the community. Upon joining as an @Aviator you will be granted access to most of our events. Inside Task Force Perpetual Motion we have split the community side from the Mil-Sim side, and when you first join you are only given access to the community side. If you choose to participate in our mil-sim events you can submit an application to be reviewed by a selected @Flight Leader, @Section Leader, or @Mission Commander

Flight Leader

The first role with selected responsibilities is the Flight Lead role. As a @Flight Leader, you are inherently in the Task Force Perpetual Motion Mil-Sim and an active community member. As a @Flight Leader, you are expected to uphold the rules of both the community and the mil-side of Task Force Perpetual Motion and act as a basic moderator for the community. To be selected as a @Flight Leader you must have a deep understanding of how the community works, and our goals, and be able to have basic leadership capabilities.

Section Leader

As a @Section Leader, you have demonstrated proficiency as a @Flight Leader@Section Leader will be assigned a major task during an event such as Air-to-Air, Air-to-Ground, or Strike Coordination and Reconnaissance and your duty as a @Section Leader will be to lead and direct @Flight Leaders to accomplish those tasks. Within the community, a @Section Leader can help run the community by curating events and facilitating the flight school section.

Mission Commander

@Mission Commander role is synonymous with the @Admin role in Task Force Perpetual Motion. As a @Mission Commander, you direct and facilitate events in Task Force Perpetual Motion. @Mission Commanders can curate events for the community and mil-sim of Task Force Perpetual Motion and will have complete autonomy to make decisions that are in the community's interest.
