Promotions

Promotion Guidelines:

All members start out in the squadron as a cadet. The more time you spend in Squadron Official Missions, the more credit you will receive as the promotion system works off of promotion points. Just like in most military branches, promotions are based off of how many promotion points someone has in order to move up the ladder. Your rank lets other members know different things; (1) How long that member has been with the squadron, (2) How often that member flies Official Missions, and (3) Who could be possibly in line for a leadership role.

Promotion Points:

Members are only credited with promotion points on Official Squadron Missions and Training Missions.
