These training nights allow pilots to hone their skills under the guidance of experienced Instructor Pilots (IPs) and Flight Leads. Focusing on specific tasks or structured training programs, these sessions are integral for both individual skill enhancement and team coordination. To elevate the realism and efficacy of training, we often incorporate roles such as Landing Signal Officers (LSO), Air Traffic Control (ATC), and Joint Terminal Attack Controllers (JTAC), providing a comprehensive and immersive learning environment.
