Objective:

  • Conduct comprehensive training for all elements to maintain combat readiness and refine skills in key mission areas.

Training Overview:

This weekly session will focus on core competencies across multiple mission types and platforms:

  1. Air-to-Air Combat (A2A):

    • Dogfighting and BVR (Beyond Visual Range) engagements.
    • Tactical formation flying and situational awareness drills.
  2. Air-to-Ground (A2G):

    • Precision strikes on static and moving targets.
    • Employment of guided and unguided munitions.
  3. Suppression/Destruction of Enemy Air Defenses (SEAD/DEAD):

    • Techniques for locating, engaging, and neutralizing SAM and AAA threats.
    • Coordination between SEAD and strike flights.
  4. Helicopter Operations:

    • Close Air Support (CAS) for ground troops.
    • Combat troop insertions and extractions under simulated hostile conditions.
  5. Carrier and Airbase Operations:

    • Carrier takeoffs and landings for naval aircraft.
    • Ground base operations, including taxi and sortie management.
  6. Aerial Refueling (if applicable):

    • Practice probe-and-drogue or boom refueling techniques.
    • Refueling under challenging conditions, such as low visibility.

Additional Notes:

  • Structure: Training will be divided into dedicated segments for each skill area, with elements rotating through scenarios.
  • Live Feedback: Instructors and flight leads will provide real-time guidance and debriefs to enhance learning.
  • Flexibility: All elements are encouraged to bring questions or scenarios they wish to focus on during the session.
