Cockpit tranche

Hello there!
I know, we are all bored of the "what tranche will we get" questions, but what will the 3d model be made after?

This is just an assumption, but there are probably differences in the different tranches looks, switched and the cockpit in general.


And I don't know anything about the EF, but could there be capabilites that only later versions allowed because of a certain switch?

Afaik there won't be an IRST, and they said they wanted to use a German Eurofighter as base. I could also remember this incorrectly tho.

Yeah, we aren't likely to get one at early access or even later into development. I assume there might be differences in the cockpit if it is inplemented, so I don't know hot that'd be.

i dont think there's any significant changes in the cockpit between tranche 1 and 4..... there is an upgrade proposed with a screen like the F-35 but that is not in production yet...

The WIP screenshots show the T2/3 standard cockpit layout. That doesn't tell you what particular capability standard we'll get. Could be anything between SRP 5.0 and P2Eb. Likely something in between, with elements from here and there. The main differences between the T1 and T2/3 cockpit layouts are the external light switches, laser arm and the system mode display panel (IFF and MIDS).

Thank you very much! Then we'll be able to use older and newer munitions eith no problem

When they get implemented with the respective avionic system functions yes.
