  1. Hi there, I ordered the Lockon printed manual on the 21st of February, and I've not received it. Can I get some help please? I've emailed to no avail. Many thanks. PS: I can provide order number etc.
  2. Just done building a new system and getting exact same error tonight. Activated only the other day and it was fine. I assume it's a server error, so will engage patience... :music_whistling:

  4. Bought the downloadable Flaming Cliffs from lockon site over weekend. Only now come to install it. Navigated the starforce hurdle, only to trip at the 'enter your serial' question. Looked everywhere, in my emails, in my profile on lockon, under the carpet. Nada. Help (again) please?
  5. Hi thanks for replying. No I actually wanted to cancel an order, and kind of panic'd when I then found I couldn't contact anyone. Also I should point out that post payment information is extremely sparse, no eta on delivery, nothing. As it happens what I wanted to cancel has actually arrived (extremely quickly I might add), and I note it came from Duxford, not a million miles from me. But that kind of info was precisley what I was looking for; where is it being shipped from? As I paid in Dollars I was expected a long wait for a US shipping. I then saw the DCS manual on Amazon.co.uk (for half the price), hence reason for cancelling. I am still waiting for a Lockon manual, and that remains a mystery in regards when I should expect it and where its coming from. I managed to download my Flaming Cliffs from teh lockon site. (Why is everything all over the place?) So to summarise then :P Chuffed with manual Not chuffed with paying more than I could've done Pretty damn grumpy about poor post sales information. Cheers :)
  6. I've made two orders recently via this site and the lockon site. All I have is a confirmation email and a order number. The email says to contact with any questions regards my order and provides a link to the lockon site. That site only has contacts for a webmaster, developers and other technical support. Nothing relating to purchasing. Mildly concerned, I would prefer an actual contact as I have a bunch of questions about my orders. Thankyou.
