  1. Great, all set, both titles are deactivated. Thanks so much for the always helpful support, sorry for sounding like such a curmudgeon. I'm glad you guys moved to a less user intensive process, I am very forgetful and the new way makes much more sense to me. -Chris
  2. I have to be honest, unless something has changed, I resent this deactivation process. I burned one activation already with a hdd failure. Now, once I'm at the stage to upgrade my mobo and cpu, THIS game is the least of my concerns, but since I don't want to burn another activation I need to ask. I've searched for the exe file I'm suppose to use for deactivation, I have not found it in the BS folder, is it somewhere else? I used the search function here and found little that was helpful, though I admit I want to do this fast and my patience is short. Anyone know the what, where, and how of deactivating my game? Thank you in advance, I hate to sound terse, I like this game a lot, I just get tired of feeling like I have to worry about limits to my installation of a game I bought just because I upgrade a lot. If the system has changed please disregard my rant, I don't think I'll buy another game with this system as to keep track of them all is beyond me. Do I have to do this for FC2 as well? -B
