Thanks for your help sniffer but I think you have misunderstood me. If you watch the movie you will notice that you can hit the esc key to pause and take control of the aircraft or exit the game. This appears to be a recorded track from within the game (not just a video) . I would much rather pay the track than watch the video.:)

My Training Folder is completely empty. Are there suppose to be files in this directory. The GUI manual shows you the training files from which you can select.

Where are the training tracks that go with the training videos you have posted in the Training Flight School on you web site.
