If the ships are in the same group, they should follow the Carrier afaik. So in fact you do control the whole CSG.

80 bucks has been the normal price for a module for a long while now. Kola Map is the only one that's priced above "it's weightclass". But Jets out of EA, with no discount? 80 Dollar for years.
Oh,and about the miles: The Developer of a module decides if they want to participate in the ED miles program. If they say no, than you can't use miles for that module nor you will get miles from purchasing.

We can. It's called FAC(A) (Forward Air Controller (Airborne) )
Every LaserSpotTrack can see every Laser as long as the code fits and he is in range.
