I have just tried it. I am now able to see the GUI and load into the game. Thanks for the assistance.

I have been unable to boot up correctly to DCS Open Beta 2.7.2.8165.2 All I have been getting is a black screen on desktop and in VR I am not able to see any GUI. It loads the Su-27 model at the hangar but it loads it with incorrect textures and missing pieces. I have already ran a repair, I have uninstalled every mod. I have attached the dcs.log file. dcs.log
