[F15 Release weapon failure]

you need to hold down the weapons release button for a few seconds, then it will release. This is a safety mechanism.

I'm sure I'm missing something really simple but I have a quite crippling problem: I've upgraded to FC2 and now I find that I can't fire missiles.

 

I've checked that the button is bound (yes I know it's different to fire cannon) but in mission I find that pushing it does nothing. Do I have to manually master arm now or something? Thanks in advance.

 

PS. Also I'd be really grateful if someone could point me in the direction of a guide to manually inputting key bindings (I want to use a button on my joystick as a shift key).
