Cannot install the Patch! Says Black Shark not found!!

Hi I'm new to this forum and I'm getting the same error message. I downloaded DCS: Black Shark electronically through Steam and it's in a fixed folder in my steam applications. Is there any way to patch my DCS? or will I have to wait for someone to have a patch available for Steam users? All answers are appreciated. Rookie Pilot -Atlas
