Yep, I'm aware of that and tried all the mentioned advice and still many people are reporting the same issue including myself. I suggest you try taking off from any runway with any FC3 low fidelity aircraft and land at another runway. You will not be able to re-arm, re-fuel or repair as you will not get a "Copy" indication back from the ground crew.

This is a widespread issue as everyone on my server currently running Caucasus is having the same issue. I also just tested this on Persian Gulf and again, can't rearm or refuel after taking off in the Su33, Su-27, MiG 29S and F-15. This is affecting stable version and our ability to complete missions..
