[Adding the option to only have 1 ATGM on one pylon on the Mi24.]

Hey, I've been wondering for a while now, if we could have the option to only have 1 ATGM per pylon, as seen on multiple occasions in real life

So I found a bug, that I couldnt move my stick in the Mig21 at some point...near the end of the track. physical stick was moving, but no ingame controls output. I even tried with the keyboard
