@hornblower793 Good news - I have resolved my problem - not sure exactly where the issue was but I did the following: - Deleted the duplicate DCS folder with additional export lua from savedgames - Reset all Vaicom licences. Deleted profile and removed Vaicom from pc -Clean reinstall of Vaicom Secondly- my MFDs and F-16 Panel controller all have reassigned additional keybinds recently - one being the Communications menu. I removed all of these incorrect assignments (why does this happen?) anyway they are correct now. I then tested the program and all commands were initiated immediately without any issue with DCS responding in all cases. Thanks very much for you help and have a great day. Beesty

Hi again hornblower793 I just have the Openbeta of DCS installed. I have removed that additional DCS folder and I am getting responses to my radio commands but it feels a bit wrong...ie no response to request taxi to runway....until my wheels roll, then all of a sudden the response comes. Both F18 and F16 had this behaviour. Also changed to easycomms to see if that made a difference...it didn't. Still cant work out why I don't hear the player voice with text when requesting ATC instructions. Here's my latest log: Many thanks again for your help with this.. Thanks again for your help. I previously deleted the Export.lua and VAICOMPRO.export lua files and also did the master reset. Inside the Saved Games folder there is a DCS folder and a DCS.openbeta folder. In the first DCS folder there is a scripts folder with additional VAICOMPRO folder with export lua files. Is this duplication my issue do you think? cheers Beesty

Hi Hornblower793 Ignore the taxi response - I used the menu option for that rather than VAICOM. Im flying with easycom off. I have text on but nothing shows in responses to my requests. I have voice and text on for pilots voice and hear and see nothing when requesting take off. I know DCS doesn’t always respond to take off requests but the instruction isn’t even going out on radio. Very odd as it work fine a few weeks ago and I didn’t change settings.????????????

Hi - firstly thanks for creating such an awesome, immersive product. I have been enjoying VAICOM and available extensions throughout the summer without any issues. Unfortunately, the last two updates from DCS World have stopped my radio instructions being acted upon in the sim. I have followed the troubleshooting guides, fixed the registry, run DCS Repair, removed and reinstalled VAICOM....all to no avail. All my instructions appear to be recognised well and I see the purple confirmation in the Voice Attack box and hear a beep afterwards but that is all that happens. No hearing the voice in game 'requesting start up' for example. Any guidance and help you can provide at this stage would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks Beesty
