  1. I see the 27ER on the list. But I thought that wasn't available on the 9.12A. Are we bending the rules or am I misinformed?
  2. No. It is crazy. It's like being able to make an F-14 full fidelity simulation in 1975 but can't do a Curtis P-1 Hawk from 1925....
  3. I am at 1.02 TB's. I am only missing like 5 modules but have all terrains. I just bought a 4TB. My 1 TB just wasn't cutting it anymore.
  4. This dude needs to answer the June question....
  5. Is there a youtube video of someone going through these steps to implement it? I will take a look at step by step on the wiki but I don't think Im smart enough lol
  6. That's exactly what proxy wars are for
  7. Its not like ED has to get the stealth coating formula implemented. The RCS is the size of a golf ball... so make it the size of a golf ball... done (of course its a bit more than that depending on angles). Also, if they are getting a real F-35 pilot to test this out... and he says its the same level of simulation as the F-16 in DCS and he flew that as well and compared, then that's good enough for me. SME's are the experts. I think this is great for the game. Lets not forget they wouldn't be doing this if they did not have Lockheed's/US permission... right? Personally I think if ED added that to the FAQ's that they did get permission that would ease a lot of peoples anxiety.
  8. C-130 doing its thing for sure. Hopes are Dynamic Campaign, Razbam resolution (I hope), Vulcan, WW2 pacific (hopefully), Flyable Zero???, and the announcement of Blackhawk? Hmmmm. -P.S. Still hoping for Vietnam
  9. Hey NineLine, have you heard anything concerning the haze settings? In VR it seems to be worse than 2D. I have gone in and adjusted myself and it looks glorious! But have you heard anything regarding an option (like a slider) for DCS haze affect?
  10. Range and Precision: The Sniper pod has the longest range and highest precision of the three, particularly suited for beyond visual range (BVR) operations. Platform-Specific Design: The ATFLIR is specifically optimized for the F/A-18 series and maritime environments, while the Litening and Sniper pods are used on a broader range of platforms. Upgradability: The Litening pod is modular, allowing for easier updates, while the Sniper pod is considered to have superior performance for long-range precision. Field of Use: The ATFLIR is primarily used by the U.S. Navy, while the Litening and Sniper pods are used across multiple branches of the military and internationally.
  11. Right! I love seeing people say it can't be done... then heatblur comes and implements it on day 1. This is absolutely possible. I am sure Heatblur would love to share this tech as they already said hey would share things to improve DCS as a whole (which is why they are the best)
  12. ED. You need an option for the haze adjustment. It is way to saturated. There is a MOD that lowers it but is doesn't pass IP. It is WAY overpowered especially in VR.
  13. Actually Jester offers to fly with Maverick... suggesting he was indeed a RIO... just saying... and he flew F-4's (with his dad). So is it that crazy?
  14. You bought all those aircraft... then you should have plenty of miles... making them free. So ED kinda did make them free.
  15. It might be speculation but this is marketing 101... They would be kind of stupid NOT to do this.
