I found out the cause was multi monitor. I have one large main display as the main render and one small monitor dimensionally positioned under the main render for MFD exports. If I unplug the second monitor the problem goes away.
While your solution works to center the reticle in the view, it seemed not to work for petrovich targeting. The major misalignment is still there.
I'm pretty sure I had the guage working at some point. But, I have tried to use Helios and DCS Device Server to export MFD's to second and third screens. I've even manually tried to move the RWR as an export, but it never displayed. Since then the Guage doesn't light up or shown anything regardless of me turning the knob in any direction.
I ran a slow repair and it still doesn't work. I am not running Helios and the monitor profile is not selected.
Any ideas of which files I can delete to resolve this?
FIXED
Deleted F18 folder completely, then run repair. All OVGMe mods turned off.
