I'm not sure if this is a JF-17 specific issue or general DCS however I only get it in the JF-17 and have tried uninstalling the module and reinstalling. After a certain amount of time in a multiplayer game all in game comms will stop working entirely in the JF-17. This means I can't request rearmement or refueling, and I can't aerial refuel. My part of the request never plays (I don't know if this is related to the strange ticking sound in the cockpit or whether that's their for everyone. I have attached a video of how this looks in a multiplayer server with me swapping to an L-39 to show this is still working in other jets.
