I have similar problem. The controls get stuck sporadically in cockpit view. Once i switch to a view outside to cockpit it works perfectly fine. Bindings are ok, even the vr controllers. this is an absolute killer for the game, i hope to solve it soon or at least read that someone has a silimar problem.
